So I think I have figured out what was wrong with my leg... It was the left one and it hurt a bit when running.
So when you google these specific terms you get ITB Syndrome. The cure of it is keep on running an stretching and generally be sensible.
So the plan is to go easy and since i am a graduate of the C25K program I decided to pick it up again from week 5 and progress.
Another thing I decided, writing here not to forget, is the 10% rule. Each run needs to add 10% of effort, speed, distance on the previous run, and crucially not more than that.
So here it is the 100% of todays run, in full colour.
