Monday (yesterday) was pretty hard to walk. Up down the stairs in my house was an effort but today it feels just right! No limping, just a few sore bits here and there as it should be.
Oh by the way this is the official message from the organizers:

Congratulations you completed this year's Reading Half Marathon in a time of 02:39:21.
Your split times were:
5K – 00:36:05
10K – 01:10:08
15K – 01:47:13
20K – 02:30:23 (jeez that was a slow 5k, says me)
So onwards and upwards, as Erich Honecker would say; the training is still on!
By the end of the week I might even manage to do a recovery 5k run.
I need to improve my posture, as I seem to run like I was shot at the back by arrows and spears.
I need those 5k runs under 30 minutes constant!!!!!!! I DOOOOOOO!!!!
